CSBF Additional donation - Volunatary appeal

Good response to our CSBF Additional contribution. Support growing and Rs.100 per month is very reasonable but it makes wonder. If suppose 10000 company secretaries contributes rs.100 per month then annual donation will comes to Rs.1.20 crore CSBF managing committee may increase current compensation from Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.15 lakhs . I feel we need to think of the innovative idea . Even our small effort, we can lend a helping hand. Once increase in compensation, members will voluntarily join as Life Members.
You can send cheque to chapters, regional offices or Headquarters of ICSI or online transfer through remark CSBF additional donation
We need Members' movement in this regard.
Last three years we are fighting for increase in compensation to CSBF but CSBF committee felt that the funds are inadequate and revenue is not adequate to increase the compensation
Please share this post to your friends. Let us try for increasing in compensation.

CSBF culutral evening

SIRC:CSBF Musical Nite:2012                                             19.10.2012
Dear Professional Colleagues,
I have pleasure in informing you that the ICSI-SIRC is organizing the First CSBF Musical Nite on Sunday, the 11th November 2012 at Kamarajar Arangam, Chennai at 6.05 p.m.
The CSBF Musical Nite is a Light Music Programme in association with Raj TV by Renowned Celebrity Singers from the South viz. Mr.Unni Menon, Mr.Srinivas, Mrs.Anoorada Sriram, Mrs.Malathy Lakshman & Mr.Michael Augustine  with the Orchestra of `Lakshman Shruthi’.
The power of belongingness and brotherhood is known to all of us. Many a times we tend to think that our success is a personal achievement and forget the contribution of the community we belong to – in our case, as professionals, the community of Company Secretaries.

The Company Secretaries Benevolent Fund was constituted to extend the support to our Fellow professionals in times of hardship, distress and unfortunate happenings.  This is a collective effort of the Company Secretaries fraternity, but the size of the Membership of the Fund is not encouraging to extend the desired support to the Members. In the recent past, there were several instances where due to certain mishaps the families of our fraternity members found themselves unprotected and sea change in the standard of living.

The larger the Membership of the Benevolent Fund, the more will be the financial assistance to the Members.   Towards this objective, the SIRC is proposing to organize the CSBF Cultural Evening towards spreading the awareness among the Member s about the CSBF and also to increase the Corpus, so that the level of support to the needy families can be remarkably enhanced.  Further, the Institute has always been working on the improving the facilities under the Fund. To propagate the message of Benevolence amongst the fraternity of Company Secretaries, I appeal to each and every Member in the Southern Region to extend their fullest support and co-operation in making this effort a fruitful one.
Members are requested to associate with this noble cause by contributing towards purchase of the tickets for the event, which are available at ICSI-SIRO [siro@icsi.edu/28268685/28279898] in denominations of  Rs.5000, 2000,1000 & 500 for the Musical Nite.

The payment can be paid by cash/credit/debit cards/cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of  “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India”, payable at Chennai. Online Transfer Account No. 04921110000013 – HDFC Bank RTGS/NEFT IFSC-HDFC0000492.  PAN No. of The ICSI is AAATT1103F.

For any Member who procures

advertisement for Rs.1,00,000 will get 5 donor passes
