AN APPEAL TO ALL COMPANY SECRETARIES
Dear Friends
We are all comes under one umbrella i.e. Company Secretaries and some of them working , some of them are in practice and some of them in other fields.
Everywhere competition is there and Company secretaries field also no exception.
Some of them employed in reputed company and some of them employed in small and medium size companies. The same case in practice also, some of them having reputed organization and some of them are having small and medium size companies.
Each one is concentrating our own family. Let us also to take a small step to cater to the need of our fellow members by way of contribution to Company Secretary benevolent fund.
Recently two of our young company secretaries expired and they are not member of the fund. The fund provision stipulates to pay Rs.30000/- to non member of the fund.
In order to make it attractive, we all join together to contribute as life member and yearly also we need to contribute.
Way Forward : We need to see big movement to as many as company secretaries to join the fund to enable the institute or council members to increase the compensation both member and non member. Out of 28000 members, only 8000 are members. Remaining are not a member. One after another shocking news, we need to take a call and there should be a mass movement to enroll ourselves to strengthen the benevolent fund committee members to increase the compensation multifold. Let us join together and the contribution will make smile to legal heirs of our fellow members.
We also attach brief note on cs benevolent fund.
LET US JOIN FOR NOBLE CAUSE AND COMMON CAUSE
BEST REGARDS
