To my memory, first time President's Page contains CS benevolent Fund contribution appeal message in August 2011 chartered secretary edition I am reproducing the same
"The CS Benevolent Fund is an effort in extending support to our members in times of distress. Keepiing in view the importance of financial assistance in demanding times, it has been my endeavour to strengthen the fund and expand its membership so that adequate financial support is made available to the needy ones. I appreciate the efforts made by Headquarters, Regional councils and Chapters in their initiatives in increasing the corpus of the fund."
We will come the initiative from President to include one paragraph in his address to the members for noble cause. Like Annual conference, for requesting members to participate, the same way we also request existing members to make an appeal to others to come and join for noble cause. Finally it is a voluntary appeal.,
LET US GIVE HELPING HAND FOR NOBLE CAUSE
SERVING HUMANITY IS EQUAL TO SERVING TO GOD
